We differ from the more traditional model shops and the majority of mail order suppliers in the fact we hold all items listed on this site in stock, rather than being dependant on our suppliers to fulfill orders (i.e shadow stock). If an item is not in stock, then the add to cart button will not be available and the item cannot be ordered online.
Our Warehouse carries more than 23000 individual lines of stock, and we generally hold well over 3500 wooden & RC kits in stock at any time, we are constantly expanding our product range.

|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.|
All prices are shown in pounds sterling If you are shopping from outside of the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency at a rate prevailing at the time. As a guide, we also show our prices in Euros & US Dollars.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Electron, JCB and Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you a dispatch notification or invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
|Shipping And Handling We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days of receipt.|
However despite our best efforts, from time to time some items do temporarily run out of stock. If your order contains an item or items that are out of stock, we will, at our discretion, wait until all items are in stock before processing your order or send the in stock items to you with the out of stock items either backordered or cancelled depending on availability.
We do not take payment for any goods until they are ready for dispatch.
We use three main shipping companies. Within mainland UK, we use Royal Mail, DPD & UPS. Outside of the UK we offer Air Mail post & UPS. Courier deliveries are Monday to Fridays only.
Free mainland UK delivery on orders over £140. Free Delivery applies only to the UK Mainlandi and excludes surcharge areas which are the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles and the Scottish Highlands & Islands.

DUE TO COVID-19 DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE GREATLY EXTENDED
We are unable to guarantee any delivery times for Airmail as this seems to be affected on a country by country basis, this based on their postal system and customs.
The worst affected countries for delivery are Italy, Spain, USA & Canada.
Courier deliveries outside of the UK are usually taking 1-2 days longer than usual
|Back Orders Out of stock items will be placed on backorder for a maximum of 28 days from order date, unless the products have a long lead time, in which case they will be cancelled. |
If we are unable to supply backordered items within this timeframe the backorder will be cancelled.
If you do not require items backordered or wish to cancel a backorder then please inform us.
Please Note: We will not place timber building materials on backorder.
|Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included. All other orders are VAT free.|
Orders shipped outside of the EU will be supplied tax free. Local import duties and customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If you are registered for VAT withing the E.U, then you should supply your VAT number at the ordering stage, and the order will be supplied less the VAT.
We do check that the VAT number you supply is valid and we will only ship the order to that validated address.

UK & EU COUNTRIES
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at https://www.opsi.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
Customers have the right to cancel goods 14 working days without giving a reason. In the case of goods, the 14 days commence from when the customer receives the goods. Items must be returned unused, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and in re-saleable condition.
NON EU COUNTRIES & REST OF THE WORLD
AS DSR does not apply, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods to request a returns authorisation number stating reason(s) for return, if authorised all items must then be returned back to us by the customer within 14 days of the original delivery, unused, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and in re-saleable condition. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Do not attempt to return any goods from outside of the UK and EU without contacting us first, as there are specific requirements that need to be filled in for customs purposes, any unauthorised returns will be refused. In this event the package is likely to be returned to you and you will be liable for any charges.
1). All returns must be authorised by us, and must be returned in suitable packaging, bearing our returns number on the outside. Returns not complying with these terms will be refused.
2). Items such as plans which are printed to order are non returnable, as these are specifically printed on request we cannot accept returns on them.
3).Clearance Offer & Special order Items are also non returnable. Where an item has been specifically ordered in for a customer, we cannot accept returns on these products as they are not standard stock lines.
WHAT IS REFUNDED WHEN I RETURN AN ITEM?
When you return an entire order you will be refunded the price of the item(s) paid at the time of purchase. When you return less than the entire order you will be refunded just the price of the items returned.
