This 74 gun Ship Of The Line was Nelson’s Flagship at the famous Battle Of The Nile on 1st/2nd August 1798. Nelson's Vanguard was designed by Slade (of Victory fame) and was one of fourteen 3rd rate 74 gun ships which formed the Arrogant class.

 | Krick 6V Working Anchor WinchNewly available is Kricks Working Anchor Winch.
This new electric winch lets up to two anchors of your ship model fall freely and then lift slowly again. This is controlled via a proportional channel with a servo (included) which holds the anchor in position. It pulls the anchor up in one direction, and disengages the geared motor in the other direction to allow the anchor to fall freely.

Model Shipways Historic Model ShipsWe are now stocking a selection of the Model Shipways range of historic model ships.
These kits have mainly American ships as their subject material, but as something a bit different they are worth a look at.
We are initially stocking the plank on frame models, but may at a later stage also incorporate the solid hull kits, depending on demand.
The kits are very good quality and have detailed instructions which are easy to follow. They come complete with fittings in wood and Britannia metal.
