Titanic

Mantua have added the Titanic as a flagship to its already comprehensive collection of ship models. The model is built to a scale of 1:200 which when completed creates a ship that is 135 centimetres in length and 14 centimetres in width.

The model can be built as two versions, either static display or for radio control use. In order to provide customers a choice Mantua have divided the kit into multiple parts. All 5 parts will create a radio control model, for a static display model you do not require kit number 2 (726).

The kits features laser cut ply sheets, brass and wood fittings, laser etched sheets, full plans and all the individual kits come complete with fully detailed instruction manuals featuring construction photos.

 The Titanic is the flagship of the Mantua boat range.Mantua Model Group has decided to give place of importance in its collection of famous ships to the sea giant Titanic. We have selected a scale of 1:200 giving a hull dimension of 1350mm long and 140mm wide. This model comes with all the parts 1-5 including the motor pack. Construction is plank on frame with laser cut and etched wooden details. English instructions and photographic details are included.

This contains all the 5 individual kits to build the RMS Titanic as a radio control model. It represents a considerable discount over buying all the items individually.

 Titanic Kit No.4 Contains all the parts to build the upper decks, funnels and lifeboats with their davits and the masts. All the decks are completed with inside walls of the cabins, nicely laser decorated windows and doors. The decks are planked with white maple strips, and mahogany hand-rails and stairs. The funnels are frame built. All the rigging and stiffening ropes are fitted with hooks to allow easy access to the motors, battery and radio area.
