Mamoli Jenny Star class Yacht 1911 1:12 Scale

The Star was created in 1911 from lines drawn by William Gardner. Among monotype ships this one had appropriate measurements and ideal proportions. The most famous helmsmen took a liking to the yacht and thus made it popular all over the world. Over 9000 of these craft have been built in the past 90 years. It is still an Olympic class. Every sea and lake port vaunts the mooring of a Star, with its unmistakable lengthening line became at last familiar.

The Mamoli Jenny kit features the following:
A Double planked hull construction using Lime and Walnut strips, pre cut frames and keel, deck planked in tanganyika, fittings made from brass, walnut, boxwood, and beech, chrome deck fittings, wooden mast and boom, rigging cord and silk flags. Full size plan sheets and a multi language instruction manual.
