Graupner Powerkat Scale Kit for Radio Control

The full-size vessel
Class 1 off-shore racing catamarans are boats with a length of 12 - 14 m.
They are capable of top speeds of 250 km / hr and more.
Engines with a maximum permissible capacity of 8.2 l are tuned to produce approx. 750 - 1000 BHP.
Since the start of the 2003 season all boats have beenpowered by Lamborghini V12 petrol engines.
The crew of a Class 1 boat consists of the driver and throttleman.

The model
The model is based on the renowned Class 1 power boats.
Generously sized deck openings make it straightforward and rapid to install the RC components and batteries.
Optional air intakes of different design allow almost anyfull-size boat to be emulated.
Option of installing two motors in the sponsons at the builder's discretion.
