6mm Shooter Versions with Smoke & Sound

Shooter versions can hold up to 40 BB pellets! The BB gun can only be fired once the arming switch on the Tank has been activated. This is hidden under a cover so it can’t be accidentally armed.

These tanks feature great sound effects like onboard motor start-up and running sounds (remotely operated from the controller), and to make it more realistic the Tank will not operate until the engine has been started by the controller! They also feature a superb gun firing sound with great recoil movement (just like the full size!) and some tanks also feature a real smoke effect, an in-built smoke generator that can be switched on or off (looks just like a diesel engine running!)

The German tank destroyer Jagd Panther was considered one of the most successful German tanks of World War II. It was the third most produced armoured fighting vehcile in Germany and over 6,000 being produced. Based on the chassis of the Panzer it had a good power-to-rate ratio and a powerful main gun.

The M26 spent a long time in development and came as a response for the need for a heavily armed - and armoured - weapons system to compete with the German gun systems of the Panther and Tiger.
It is named after World War One General John Pershing who led the American Expeditionary Force in WWI and it first reached the battlefield in Feb 1945. The M26 saw very little action in WWII but it saw much more in the Korean war and was credited with destroying half of all T34’s destroyed in that war.

Named after General Walton Walker who died in a jeep accident in Korea it was an agile and well armed vehicle but it was also noisy, fuel-hungry and although it was meant as a light tank it’s weight caused problems with air transport.
Limited combat in the Korean war but was used by the Army Republic of South Vietnam to replace the M24 Chaffee in 1965.

Given the nick name Tiger by the designer Ferdinand Porsche its official name was Panzerkampfwagen VI Ausfurrung H or Panzer VI version H.
The philosophy for the design of the Tiger differed from it’s predecessors in that it emphasised firepower and armour at the expense of mobility. Other tanks had to balance mobility with protection and firepower.
The general design and layout were similar to the Panzer IV however the Tiger I weighed more than twice as much due to it’s substantially thicker armour, larger main gun and greater volume of fuel and ammunition storage, larger engine, and more solid transmission and suspension. Consequentially due to these statistics it cost considerably more to produce than the Panzer IV and was produced in far fewer numbers.

The German King Tiger Tank was introduced in early 1944 and was the most powerful tank during world war 2. With its powerful 88mm gun and an almost impenetrable front armor, it was one of the most feared weapons of world war 2. Up to the end of the war, the allies had not introduceD any effective means to counter the threat.

Officially designated Panzerkampfwagen VI Sd.Kfz 182, the King Tiger was placed into service early 1944. It served in the western and eastern front notably in the battle of Normandy, operation "Market Garden" in Holland, and the offensive in Ardennes. It also served in various other operations in Poland, Hungary, Minsk and a small number also defended Berlin in April and May 1945. With its great firepower and thick armor, it proved to be more than an opponent for any tank the allied forces could field.
