The Armed Schooner Hannah was one of the first ships of the US navy. She was purchased by George Washington and refitted as an armed schooner to help counter the British navy. She first sailed in her new guise on September 5th, 1775, and it is this configuration the kit is based upon.

The kit includes a pre-made resin hull, eliminating the need for hull planking, making this kit an ideal subject for a complete beginner. Also included is the wooden deck planking, masts and spars, metal and wooden fittings, cloth for the sails and flags. The instruction booklet is very detailed, taking you through every step of construction.
